Our Story

At the core of The Right Scepter Band is an original songwriting duo: Mike and Joe. Drawing inspiration from the golden era of ’60s and ’70s music—echoing icons like B.B. King, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones—they craft songs that resonate with truth and heart.

Their Creative Process:

  • Collaborative Carving: Beginning with raw ideas written individually, Mike and Joe come together to refine every line and melody until each song carries a clear, powerful message.
  • Meaningful Covers: Their live sets feature handpicked covers from Bob Dylan and Dion, selected for their positive message and guiding hope.
  • Worship Reimagined: They frequently revisit traditional Christian Worship and Praise, recasting classic songs with their unique, soulful Right Scepter Band flavor.
